Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Mobility Life. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Your 14-Day Right to Cancel

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a full refund:

  • The item must be returned in “as new” condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included

You may inspect the item as you would in a shop, but excessive use may result in a deduction.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

Returns must be approved before being sent back.


Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty
  • For large items (e.g. mobility scooters, wheelchairs), we can arrange collection

Collection Fees:

  • Mainland UK: £75
  • Highlands & remote areas: additional charges may apply

You may arrange your own insured courier if preferred.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected
  • Please allow up to 7 working days for processing
  • Funds are returned to your original payment method

Banks may take up to 10 working days to release funds.


Deductions from Refunds

We may reduce your refund if:

  • The item shows signs of use beyond inspection
  • Packaging or parts are missing
  • The item is damaged

This is in line with UK consumer law regarding diminished value.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect

Please contact us as soon as possible.

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your rights.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Delivery upgrades (e.g. express delivery) once fulfilled
  • Items returned without prior approval
