All Mobility Life products are designed for reliability and everyday use. For peace of mind, we include a 12-month warranty.
What’s Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:
- Electrical components (motors, controllers, wiring)
- Structural components (frame, chassis)
- Labour and parts required for approved repairs
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (tyres, upholstery, grips)
- Cosmetic damage
- Battery performance reduction over time
- Damage caused by:
- Accidents or impact
- Misuse or unsafe operation
- Exceeding weight limits
- Water exposure
- Lack of maintenance
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
Battery Disclaimer
Batteries are consumable items. Gradual reduction in capacity is normal and not considered a fault.
Maintenance Requirements
To keep your warranty valid, basic maintenance should be carried out:
- Check bolts and fasteners regularly
- Inspect frame and moving parts
- Check tyres and wheels
Failure to maintain the product may void warranty claims.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

We may attempt remote diagnostics first.
Repairs & Collection
- If a fault is confirmed, repairs or replacements will be arranged
- Collection may be free where a defect is confirmed
If inspection is required:
- A refundable collection fee may apply
If no fault is found or issue is not covered:
- Return shipping may be chargeable

Repair times may vary depending on:
- Parts availability
- Nature of the issue
We will keep you updated throughout.
Customer-Owned Products
All items remain the property of the customer.
We will store items safely while awaiting return arrangements.
